Job Summary

We are looking for a Server Engineer L1 to manage and monitor the organization’s server infrastructure and ensure regular monitoring and backup of office internal data. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, backup management, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily monitoring of Windows/Linux servers and IT infrastructure
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of office internal backup systems
- Ensure timely data backup, restoration, and backup verification
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, and system performance
- Handle basic troubleshooting (L1 support) for server and network-related issues
- Maintain backup logs and server maintenance reports
- Support user access management, file sharing permissions, and basic server security
- Coordinate with senior engineers for issue escalation and resolution




- Ensure system updates, antivirus monitoring, and routine maintenance activities

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server / Linux Server Administration
- Understanding of backup and recovery processes
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (preferred)
- Basic networking understanding (LAN/WAN, VPN)
- Familiarity with server monitoring tools
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in server support / IT infrastructure
Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or relevant IT qualification preferred
Candidate should be willing to work from office (Chattarpur)
