A. Production Operations

- Assist the Production Incharge in planning and executing daily production activities.
- Prioritize, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and machine availability to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production processes, identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Raise material requisitions based on production requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock status to the Production Incharge.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Communicate production status, delays, and operational issues to management.
- Conduct on-the-job training for production operators and shop-floor employees.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

B. Quality Control

- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Perform routine laboratory testing of lubricants, oils, greases, and specialty chemicals as per ASTM/IS standards.
- Verify production batches before product release.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Inspect packaging materials prior to use.




- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure timely calibration.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, test records, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and company quality management systems.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Investigate customer quality complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and Technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.

C. Process Improvement & R&D; Support

- Assist in formulation trials and product improvement projects.
- Support laboratory testing and product performance evaluations.
- Maintain documentation related to formulation trials and development activities.
- Assist in scaling up approved formulations from laboratory to production.
- Keep updated with current raw materials, manufacturing technologies, and industry developments.

D. Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals, raw materials, and laboratory equipment.




- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in production and laboratory areas.
- Comply with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and company safety standards.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Production Incharge or Management from time to time.

5. Key Requirements for the Role

- Graduate in Chemical Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production and/or Quality Control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

6. Knowledge & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Science (Chemistry or related discipline).

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use laboratory and measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

8. Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
- Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Group Mediclaim, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Paid Leave, and other company benefits as applicable.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
