Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

McLine Studios Private Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations, developing people strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strategic HR professional who has previously served as HR Manager and is capable of partnering with leadership to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, and exit formalities.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.




- Mentor and guide the HR team while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Prior experience working as an HR Manager is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR operations in a growing organization.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
