Job description :

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Maintain a healthy work workplace and resolve conflicts
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities

3. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and documentation
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and implemented effectively

4. Payroll & Compensation Support

- Assist in payroll processing and coordination with finance

5. Performance Management

- Support performance appraisal processes
- Track employee performance reviews and feedback cycles





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS tools)
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
