About the Role

We are looking for a Fresher Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Department. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily accounting entries
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and receipts
- Support bank reconciliation work
- Help in maintaining ledgers and financial documents
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounts-related matters
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records
- Support the senior accountant during audits and monthly closing

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally / Busy / MS Excel preferred




- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / MBA Finance preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
