MPCP Care Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG manufacturing company with established brands including Silk, Hansa, and Sargam. We manufacture a wide range of personal care products including Hair Oils, Shampoos, Hand Washes, and Body Lotions, serving customers across multiple states through a strong General Trade distribution network.

As we expand into the rapidly growing e-commerce sector, we are looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to build and scale our online marketplace business.

Position

E-commerce Marketplace Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and other online marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ content.
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads, etc.).
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Plan pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, coupons, and festive offers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure timely dispatch and inventory availability.
- Manage order processing, returns, reimbursements, and account health.
- Study competitors, pricing, and market trends to improve product visibility.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, advertising, profitability, and key performance metrics.
- Work closely with marketing, design, production, and sales teams to develop recent products and marketplace strategies.
- Support the company's expansion into Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart,



and Zepto.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Experience running marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of inventory management and online order fulfillment.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplaces.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of experience in marketplace e-commerce.
- Experience with FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Healthcare, or Consumer Products will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA and seller-fulfilled operations.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is an added advantage.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹2.4 – ₹3 LPA (Depending on experience and capability)
- Performance incentives based on business growth

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
