Job Description:

We are hiring motivated individuals for the role of Freelance Insurance Advisor / Team Leader. This opportunity is designed for candidates who are looking for flexible working hours and want to build a career in the insurance and financial services industry. The role involves guiding clients with suitable insurance solutions, building professional relationships, and supporting business growth through advisory services.

Candidates with leadership skills may also get the chance to work as Team Leaders and manage advisor networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client financial protection needs and provide suitable insurance guidance
- Assist customers in selecting life, health, and general insurance solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking and referrals
- Support customers with policy documentation, renewals, and service assistance
- Guide clients through basic claims-related processes when required




- Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
- For Team Leader role: Support, guide, and coordinate with advisor teams for business development activities

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduates preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or financial services experience is an advantage
- Freshers with learning attitude can also apply
