Job Summary

As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective customers, introducing the company's Agricultural and Domestic Automation solutions, and generating qualified business leads. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, scheduling appointments for the Business Development team and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the company's products and services.

 Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product and service information.

 Generate and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Business Development team.

 Record customer interactions, feedback,



and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

 Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

 Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

 Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any UG degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.

Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
