Location

- Vepery, Chennai

Job Description

- Identify and generate current business opportunities for senior care services.
- Meet hospitals, doctors, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare professionals to build referral networks.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Conduct client meetings and explain services such as Assisted Living, Home Healthcare, Rehabilitation, Dementia Care, and Palliative Care.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients' families and referral partners.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of residents and home-care clients.




- Participate in healthcare camps, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.

Required Skills

- Business Development / Sales experience (Healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and client relationship management
- Target-oriented approach
- MS Excel, CRM knowledge
- Willingness to travel within Chennai

Preferred Background

- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / Any Graduate
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital Marketing, Home Healthcare, Senior Care, Insurance, or Medical Devices is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
