- Assist in maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality records and reports.
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming products to the Quality Manager.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality requirements.
- Assist in conducting quality checks at different stages of production.
- Maintain inspection instruments and ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Support internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on implementation.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and documentation of rejected materials.
- Maintain quality documents, test reports, SOPs, and inspection records.
- Promote quality awareness and valuable manufacturing practices (GMP) among employees.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and maintenance departments to maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Quality Manager or Management.
