Data Entry Staff / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update product, stock, and pricing data in the system
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and inventory records
- Generate reports (sales, stock movement, GRN, etc.)
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Coordinate with billing, receiving, and store teams
- Maintain proper documentation and filing (digital & physical)
- Assist in stock audits and inventory checks
- Update supplier and product databases regularly
- Ensure timely data entry and reporting as per management requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Experience in data entry / MIS / supermarket operations preferred
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Robust attention to detail
- Basic understanding of inventory and retail operations
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
