Job Description:

Job purpose:

To lead and manage the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, solid internal controls, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Core Responsibilities :

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across units

Ensure timely finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, and cash flow statements

Manage statutory compliance including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audits

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Supervise accounts payable,



receivable, payroll, and banking operations

Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and risk management

Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund management

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities

Provide financial insights and MIS reports to senior management

Ensure proper inventory accounting and cost control

Lead and develop the accounts and finance team

Technical Skills:

Expertise in accounting standards & financial reporting

Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar)

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools

Preference :

Experience in manufacturing industry

Exposure to multi-location accounting operations

Immediate joiner / short notice preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
