Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimation Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in construction project estimation and tendering. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and supporting the tendering process for civil, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil and structural works.
- Analyze tender documents, contract conditions, and technical specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams for accurate estimates.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
- Review project scope and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and historical project data.




- Support bid negotiations and clarify technical queries during the tendering process.
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and tender documents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Experience in civil construction projects such as industrial, commercial, residential, or infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and estimation software.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, construction methodologies, and contract documentation.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EPC, PEB, MES, CPWD, PWD, or Government projects.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
- Understanding of procurement processes and project cost control.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
