What You'll Do

- Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving business-impacting technical issues for global customers.
- Must have - Hands-on experience with one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#)
- Good to have - Hands-on experience with one more Testing Framework (Nightwatch, WebdriverIO, TestNG, Testcafe, PHPUnit, JUnit, Pytest, Cucumber, etc.)
- Good to have - Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (like Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and Hybrid cloud-based Saas solutions.
- Must have - Solid at debugging the code and perform root cause analysis
- Must have- strong knowledge of Web-based applications, various browsers, and HTML DOM, and CSS




- Good to have - Should have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines)
- Must have - Experience with tools like Intellij IDE, Jira, Github, and ServiceNow/Zoho Desk
- Train and mentor front-line support on troubleshooting methodology.
- Work with customer Tech teams (Software developers, Manual/Automation Testers), Engineering team, Sales team, and business teams.
- Awareness of ITIL and Customer Success/Support processes

What you should have

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of L3 Support or Application Support.
