Job Title: Frontend Software Engineer Intern – Next.js, SEO & AI Search Optimization

Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site)

Employment Type: Paid Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Duration: 3 - 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer Intern who can not only build clean web pages using Next.js, but also help improve our website’s visibility on Google Search and AI-based search platforms. The intern will work on frontend development, SEO-focused pages, blog content, analytics, website performance, and indexing improvements for our products and business websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and growth-focused website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and improve web pages using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS
- Create and optimize SEO-focused pages such as landing pages, service pages, city pages, and blog pages
- Write or improve blogs that help the website rank for relevant search terms
- Improve website structure, internal linking, metadata, headings, schema, sitemap, and indexing
- Work on Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
- Improve page speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience
- Research keywords, search suggestions, competitor pages, and content opportunities
- Help improve visibility in AI-based search results by making content explicit, structured, and easy for search engines and AI tools to understand
- Fix frontend bugs and improve existing UI components
- Work closely with the product and development team to convert business goals into SEO-friendly pages

Requirements

- Basic to good knowledge of Next.js and React
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript




- Ability to build clean and responsive UI
- Interest in SEO, content, analytics, and website growth
- Basic understanding of blogs, keywords, search intent, and website ranking
- Good writing skills in English
- Willingness to learn technical SEO and AI search optimization
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- Must be available to work from office in Kochi

Good to Have

- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, sitemap, robots.txt, and indexing
- Experience writing blogs or SEO content
- Experience building landing pages or marketing websites
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion-focused design
- Knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
