Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
- Design and implement data solutions using SQL, Python, and Excel to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Apply statistical and AI-based methods to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey key insights.
- Support the development of business cases (BC) and contribute to management and written reporting (MR & WR) processes.
- Assist in automating manual processes and optimizing existing workflows through data and technology.
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.

Requirements:





- Robust command of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and visualizations.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, and the ability to apply them in a practical business context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience in supporting reporting functions, data analysis, and business case documentation.
