Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify potential individual and business clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Education: Explain the advantages of chit funds as both a savings tool and a borrowing option (comparing them to bank loans/RDs).
- Sales & Enrollment: Convince prospects to join specific chit groups and complete the necessary documentation for enrollment.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing subscribers to ensure timely payments and encourage them to join future groups.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of competitors’ schemes and suggest improvements to stay competitive in the local market.
- Collection Assistance: Coordinate with the collection team if a subscriber they enrolled is facing payment delays.
