Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff for our garment retail store. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting garments and accessories.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
- Handle billing support and process customer purchases when required.
- Manage product folding, tagging, and display according to store standards.
- Stay updated on recent arrivals, promotions, and ongoing offers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.




- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a garment retail store is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Passion for fashion and retail sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, grooming, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS is an added advantage.
