Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, learner-centric training content for online and instructor-led learning programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design methodologies, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia content development to create effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze learning needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training solutions.

· Design and develop e-learning courses, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning programs.

· Create instructional materials such as storyboards, scripts, assessments, quizzes, job aids, and learner guides.

· Develop interactive learning content using authoring tools.

· Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.

· Integrate multimedia elements including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations into learning modules.

· Conduct quality assurance and testing of e-learning courses before deployment.

· Update and maintain existing learning content based on business requirements.

· Ensure learning materials are engaging, accurate,



and aligned with organizational objectives.

· Collaborate with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and project managers to deliver learning projects on time.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

· Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

· Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

· Excellent content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

· Familiarity with storyboarding and curriculum development.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools is an added advantage.

· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience developing corporate training or compliance learning programs.

· Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning standards.

· Experience creating scenario-based and interactive learning modules.

· Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and content development platforms.

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, English, Mass Communication, Psychology, or a related field.

· Certification in Instructional Design or E-learning Development is an added advantage.
