Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented PR Trainee to support our Collaborations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and events who is eager to build a career in Fashion PR. As a trainee, you will work closely with the team, supporting the execution of collaborations, Fashion Week projects, events, celebrity partnerships, and special initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to how a fashion PR agency operates.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Collaborations

Assist in coordinating brand and designer collaboration projects.

Prepare meeting notes and maintain detailed project briefs.

Follow up with internal teams and external partners on project deliverables.

Track timelines and help ensure projects stay on schedule.

Support the execution of collaborations, gifting initiatives, and campaign rollouts.

Events & Special Projects

Support the execution of brand events, launches, pop-ups, and PR activations.

Coordinate with designers, vendors, influencers, and internal teams.

Assist with gifting, courier dispatches, and event logistics.

Keep project trackers and documentation updated.

Coordination & Administration

Maintain project trackers,



status reports, and meeting minutes.

Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth project execution.

Conduct market and industry research to identify collaboration opportunities.

Assist with presentations, reports, and client documentation.

Support the team with additional coordination and administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Mass Media, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in Fashion PR, luxury brands, and collaborations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
