Position : Lathe Operator
· Operate the Punching Machine safely and efficiently as per the production plan.
· Set up the machine, including tool/die installation, size changeover, machine parameter setting, and alignment.
· Review production/job orders to ensure correct material, punch size, quantity, and specifications.
· Achieve production targets in terms of productivity, quality, machine efficiency, and minimum wastage.
· Inspect punched products for dimensional accuracy, burrs, edge quality, visual defects, and count accuracy.
·· Be willing to work in day, night, and rotational shifts as per production requirements.
Experience :Equivalent to 12th /ITI /Diploma With 01 to 3 Year Experience
