- Call shortlisted candidates from the provided database/lists and confirm their interest and availability.
- Schedule online interviews (Google Meet/Zoom/Teams) and share joining links with candidates and interviewers.
- Send reminders to candidates before scheduled interviews to reduce no-shows.
- Maintain an updated tracker of calls made, responses, scheduled interviews, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to align interview slots and reschedule when required.
- Maintain a polite, professional tone representing the company in every interaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
