The Center of Excellence in Bangalore, India, is providing multiple services to projects as well as advancing EXA AG’s own software solutions with and around SAP. Since 2021 EXA AG is part of SNP Group and we have been jointly running and leveraging the Center of Excellence.
Global migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA are made possible using a green-, brown- or bluefield® approach enabled by SNP’s tools such as KYANO and crystal bridge.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager. This role is responsible for managing a team of developers and aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Collaborate with other R&D; teams, Product Management and other stakeholders
- Manage timelines, budgets,
and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
- Drive team capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic input into the roadmap
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
