Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding immigration matters.
- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for individuals and corporate clients.
- Review and verify immigration documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, embassies, and external service providers.
- Provide clients with timely updates on application status and processing timelines.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the system.
- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare reports on application status, turnaround times, and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/case management systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree related
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration, visa processing, or client servicing.
- Experience dealing with GCC immigration processes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
