Qualifications

- Experience in Design of mechanical structures and systems
- Good understanding of structures & systems with Domain knowledge
- Hands-on experience in designing of components/sub-systems and systems
- Proven Design capabilities in the field of Aerospace,Defense, Automotive,Transportation, Energy and Industrial system domain
- Industry experience in design-thru-manufacturing
- Knowledge of industry Best Practices & Standards
- Hands on experience of using latest CAD tools like CATIA V4/CATIA V5/PRO-E/UG/ CADDS 5i/solid works/solid Edge/Fibersim/ICEM Surf/Alias

- Excellent communication skills is necessary – interpersonal & customer related
- Positive skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teams
- Ability to learn, improve and develop others in the Team
- 2-10 years of industry experience




- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)
- Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
- Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etc
- Willingness to work anywhere in India and overseas
- Proven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantage
- Professionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
