We are looking for a motivated OPT & H-1B Transfer Recruiter to join our US Staffing team.

Location: Vizag
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT, CPT, and H-1B Transfer candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants.
Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain candidate relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the Bench Sales and Account Management teams.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic understanding of the US Staffing recruitment process.
Knowledge of OPT, CPT, H-1B Transfer, EAD, GC, and US work authorisation is preferred.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media sourcing is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
