Job Summary:

The Cluster Business Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the overall business operations, sales performance, profitability, and customer experience across a cluster of branches or business units. This role requires a agile leader with a strong background in sales, business development, and team management within the financial services sector. The Cluster Business Manager will drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a high-performance culture to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and action plans for the assigned cluster to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of branch managers and their respective teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales performance across all products and services within the cluster, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance,



ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage the cluster's Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement, ensuring efficient resource allocation, cost control, and maximization of revenue streams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures across all branches in the cluster.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery, addressing customer feedback and resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with branch managers, setting clear objectives and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Identify training and development needs for the cluster team and collaborate with HR to implement relevant programs.
- Prepare and present periodic business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Champion digital adoption and innovation within the cluster to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Act as a key liaison between the cluster branches and head office departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
