Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor with excellent communication skills to guide prospective students through the admission journey. The ideal candidate should have a consultative approach, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to build meaningful connections with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways
- Engage with leads through calls, messages, emails, and meetings
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless admission processes




- Build rapport with students and parents to provide a positive experience
- Meet admission targets while maintaining high service quality

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up abilities
- Consultative and student-centric approach
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and guide students effectively
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems is a plus
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, customer service, or admissions preferred
