Job Title: Telecaller – Artist Onboarding Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Call musicians, singers, DJs, bands, dancers, dhol players, and other artists.
- Explain the benefits of joining the Usicly platform.
- Help artists complete their registration and profile.
- Follow up with interested artists until onboarding is complete.
- Maintain daily call records and onboarding reports.
- Build good relationships with artists and answer their queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Confident and persuasive communication
- Graduate.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
