POSITION TITLE - Sr. Associate- Social Listening

LOCATION - Andheri, Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring & Analysis

o Track brand mentions, competitor activities, and industry conversations across social media platforms and online forums.

o Identify emerging trends, audience sentiments, and potential crisis triggers.

o Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on social mentions, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis.

2. Reporting & Insights

o Prepare reports highlighting key insights, performance trends, and audience behavior patterns.

o Translate listening data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations for the strategy, creative, and PR teams.

3. Tool Management





o Work proficiently with tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

o Continuously optimize queries, filters, and dashboards for accuracy and relevance.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

▪ 1–4 years of experience in social listening, analytics, or digital insights roles (depending on seniority).

▪ Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.

▪ Hands-on experience with at least one major social listening tool.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
