Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Business development teams for understanding the customer requirements
- Set up the first level of customer meetings and follow up as per business directions
- Lead Must be able to create large funnel of leads for engineering service business and close the deals.
- Participate in workload forecast meetings
- Provide the regular business updates to relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Create techno-commercial proposals and price estimation/quotations in response to inquiries / RFPs
- Manage vendor registration activities with client including non-disclosure and service agreements
- Actively support and contribute to digital marketing and other brand building activities.
- Participate in Industry Exhibitions, Expos, Symposium for generating the customer connects.
- Stay updated about Industry trends, Customer updates, Competition updates,



Engineering services market dynamics and tailor strategy / approach to meet the defined targets. Provide update to leadership on critical trends.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must have strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must be able to write Proposals / Statement of work and track PO / Invoices with internal finance team.
- Must make a positive meeting notes during customer interaction and circulate the MOM to right stakeholders after the meeting.
- Initiate the Follow up actions upon customer meetings/visits.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, willing to learn, and target oriented.
