Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Create and maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented team culture.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and profitability to meet financial targets.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, sales reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure all opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar organization.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with management on promotions, events, and beverage program development.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in premium bars, speakeasy bars,



neighbourhood bars, cocktail bars, or high-end hospitality venues.
- Candidates must have relevant experience exclusively in bar operations. Experience limited to restaurants, cafés, hotels, or banquets without dedicated bar management exposure will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mixology, and beverage service standards.
- Proven experience managing inventory, ordering, cost control, and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing high-volume bar operations is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
