We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services clearly and accurately.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a call center is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
- Telecalling/Customer Service: 0–2 years preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply.)
Education:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
