About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Venue & Community Manager to manage our fashion-focused creative space. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive venue bookings, build partnerships, and create a thriving community for fashion professionals, creators, and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Generate venue bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets.

- Build relationships with fashion designers, boutiques, photographers, makeup artists, trainers, colleges, brands, and influencers.

- Identify new opportunities for workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, and networking events.

Venue Operations

- Manage the venue booking calendar.

- Coordinate events from enquiry to completion.

- Ensure the venue is clean, well-maintained, and event-ready.

- Supervise vendors and support staff during events.

Community & Marketing

- Build and engage a fashion creator community.

- Coordinate social media content, event promotions, and customer testimonials.

- Organize in-house events that attract recent audiences.

Customer Experience

- Conduct venue tours for prospective clients.





- Respond promptly to enquiries.

- Ensure every client and guest has a seamless experience.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Administration

- Collect payments and maintain booking records.

- Track expenses and prepare basic business reports.

- Maintain inventory and coordinate maintenance.

Desired Skills

- Excellent communication in Tamil and English.

- Strong sales, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Experience in event management or hospitality is preferred.

- Passion for fashion, creativity, and community building.

- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives based on bookings and business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
