Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of workflow automation and optimization solutions, including Generative AI and Agentic AIdriven applications. The role requires robust hands-on understanding of full-stack technologies, enterprise-scale product deployment, and secure, scalable application architectures.

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and engineering execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of production-grade AI-powered and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of workflow automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications
- Define delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules
- Drive Agile / Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Lead delivery of full-stack applications including:
- Frontend: AngularJS (or modern Angular), JavaScript frameworks
- Backend: Node.js, RESTful services, FastAPI
- Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available application deployments
- Collaborate with architects on system design, scalability, performance, and security
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards (authentication, authorization, data protection)
- Act as primary interface with business stakeholders and product owners

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Full-Stack Development: Deep understanding of frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and backend development (Node.js, Express.js, NestJS)
- API Development: Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, GraphQL, WebSockets,



and API gateway patterns
- Generative AI/Agentic AI: Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks
- CI/CD & DevOps: Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and continuous delivery practices
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container registries, and cloud container services (ECS, AKS, GKE)
- Cloud Platforms: Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP including compute, storage, networking, and managed services
- Security: Understanding of OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, secure coding practices, and DevSecOps
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases
- Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools
- Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic

Delivery & Leadership

- Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade products
- Strong Agile delivery, planning, and risk management skills
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple releases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Exposure to workflow automation, orchestration, or process optimization platforms
- Certifications in Agile, PMP, or cloud technologies
