The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow Architecture, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.

- End-to-end implementation of SPM (Demand, PPM, Resource Management, Time Cards, Agile 2.0)
- ServiceNow Architecture & Platform Administration
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
- REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, CMDB, Discovery
- JavaScript, Glide API
- CSA Certification (Mandatory), CAD/CIS-SPM preferred
