We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the construction of residential villas and apartment buildings. The candidate will be responsible for planning, site execution, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects while ensuring adherence to approved drawings and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Measure quantities and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure proper reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.




- Assist in project budgeting and cost control.
- Coordinate inspections with clients and government authorities when required.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment and villa construction projects.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential building construction.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Experience in luxury villas, gated communities, or high-rise apartment projects.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, interior finishing, landscaping, and external development works.
- Experience coordinating MEP installation with civil works.

Project Site Location: Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
