Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure APM, OBM, and NNMi monitoring solutions
- Set up transaction monitoring, alerts, and event correlation
- Integrate OBM with ITSM tools such as OpenText SMAX or Service Manager
- Build dashboards and monitoring views for performance tracking
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize monitoring systems
- Perform upgrades, patching, and regular system maintenance

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in APM, OBM, and NNMi tools
- Strong understanding of application monitoring (Java/.NET environments)
- Knowledge of event management and alerting concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux/Windows environments
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and ITSM tools

Positive to Have

- Exposure to SiteScope, BPM, or RUM tools
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell, or Python)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

Experience & Qualification

- 3–5 years of IT experience (minimum 2+ years in APM/OBM/NNMi)
- Graduate in Engineering, IT, or equivalent qualification

Soft Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management ability
