Job Title: B.Com Fresher – Accounts & GST Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic B.Com Freshers with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and a solid understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and supporting statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents and schedules for accounting entries.
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GST reconciliations, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.




- Reconcile books of accounts with GST portal data, e-way bills, and other statutory records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules) in Microsoft Excel.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting and statutory records.
- Provide assistance during statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST provisions, and other statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
