We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who loves building product features end-to-end. You'll be working in TypeScript across the whole stack - shipping UI with React and ShadCN + Tailwind, wiring up type-safe APIs with tRPC/REST, and running lightweight servers with Hono or Express. You'll own data in PostgreSQL/MySQL, help design migrations, and make sure new features are fast, secure and easy to maintain.

- Build and maintain user-facing pages and component libraries with React, Tailwind CSS and Shadcn components.

- Create and maintain type-safe APIs using tRPC, and design/maintain REST endpoints when needed (Hono and Express both get used depending on the service).

- Work in Next.js for app routing/SSG/SSR where it fits, also support smaller services on Bun/Node + Hono/Express.

- Model and optimise data in PostgreSQL (schema, indexes, migrations), Also MongoDB experience is useful for schemaless needs.

- Integrate auth flows (Clerk, NextAuth, or Better Auth - we use whichever fits the product), sessions, and role-based access.

- Implement client-side data fetching, caching and mutation with @tanstack/react-query and manage forms with react-hook-form + validation via zod.

- Write tests (unit, integration, end-to-end), run linters/formatters,



and help keep CI/CD healthy.

- Containerize and deploy services (Docker, Docker Compose) and manage deployments to platforms like Vercel/Fly/Railway, help operate on Coolify, Kubernetes or other orchestration when needed.

- Monitor and improve performance and reliability (Sentry/OpenTelemetry/Prometheus or similar), and help troubleshoot production issues.

• 2–5 years building web apps across frontend and backend.

• Strong TypeScript - solid with types, generics, module boundaries and type-safe APIs.

• Production experience with PostgreSQL: schema design, writing performant queries, and migrations.

• Comfortable in React + Next.js and modern UI patterns, Tailwind and ShadCN experience a big plus.

• Hands-on experience with tRPC and also able to design/consume REST APIs.

• Experience with Hono and/or Express (you don't need to be an expert in both, but you should be productive).

• Familiar with @tanstack/react-query, react-hook-form and using zod for validation/types.

• Experience with Git workflows and code reviews.

• Good communication, a team-oriented attitude, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
