Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Internal Audit, and Statutory Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, supporting audits, managing tax filings, and assisting in financial reporting and advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Taxation

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
- Computation of taxable income and tax liability
- Handling TDS compliance (returns, payments, reconciliations, Form 16/16A)
- Assistance in tax audits and handling notices, assessments, and replies

Indirect Taxation

- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, etc.)
- GST reconciliation between books and returns
- Advisory on GST applicability, classification, and compliance
- Handling GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries

Internal Audit

- Planning and execution of internal audits




- Reviewing internal controls, processes, and risk areas
- Preparing audit reports and presenting findings with recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements

Statutory Audit & Compliance

- Assistance in statutory audits and tax audits
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other applicable regulations
- Maintenance of statutory registers and documentation
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Other Responsibilities

- Supporting monthly/quarterly closing activities
- Preparation and review of financial statements
- Assisting management with financial analysis and compliance updates

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
