Responsible for collecting group loan repayments, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of dues in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to borrower groups
- Collect loan EMI / weekly repayments
- Maintain collection records & receipts
- Ensure 100% on-time collection from assigned groups
- Follow up on overdue / default customers
- Build robust relationships with group members
- Verify customer details during visits
- Report daily collection status to supervisor
- Handle cash safely and deposit without delay
Two-wheeler & license mandatory
