About the Role

Infinacx Startup Solutions LLP is looking for a Manager – Accounts & Operations to oversee accounting & Auditing activities, manage compliance processes, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounting firms, CA firms, or business consultancy environments who are looking to take on greater responsibility and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage operations and internal workflows.
- Follow up with clients regarding audit, GST, TDS, ROC, and other compliance matters.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and compliance deadlines.
- Coordinate with team members to track and complete client assignments.
- Maintain client relationships and provide timely updates on ongoing matters.
- Review work status and ensure service quality standards are maintained.




- Assist management in operational planning and process improvements.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, or consultancy is required.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Robust communication and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and team activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
