Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated IT Sales Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join our team and support the sales of SaaS applications and IT software products. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated fresher or early-career candidate looking to build a career in technology sales. You will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, generate leads, and support the end-to-end sales process, while gaining hands-on exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, and enterprise software sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential customers using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and follow-up records in the system.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to address customer queries.
- Develop a basic understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching new prospects and handling cold calls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, resilience, and willingness to learn.




- Prior sales experience is not mandatory; internships or tele calling would be an advantage.
- A basic understanding of warehousing and inventory management will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing between Thane and Badlapur will be preferred due to convenient access to the workplace

Compensation

- ₹12,000/- fixed + attractive sales commission. This is a excellent opportunity to grow your earning potential alongside your career as we scale
