- Work with OpenText xECM PowerDocs to create, customize, and manage document templates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into documentation solutions.
- Investigate and conduct root-cause analysis for issues or defects.
- Contribute to project documentation and maintain quality standards across deliverables.
- Support and manage participation in multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Ensure documentation aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience with OpenText xECM PowerDocs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
