Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Team Lead – Tele Sales to manage and drive the performance of our telecalling sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead allocation, call monitoring, sales pitch optimization, conversion analysis, and overall team performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Telecallers/Sales Executives.
- Assign leads strategically based on telecaller strengths and performance.
- Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure quality standards.
- Develop, refine, and monitor sales pitches to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze lead-to-conversion ratios and overall sales funnel performance.
- Evaluate lead sources and identify high-performing channels.




- Generate reports on team productivity and conversion metrics.
- Allocate lead categories based on caller strengths and expertise.
- Ensure the team consistently achieves sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales, with 2–3 years of experience leading a tele sales team.
- Robust leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
