We are urgently hiring for Tender and Estimation Engineer for Job description:

Position: Tender & Estimation Engineer – Interior Projects
Company: Young Stone Projects India LLP
Industry: Architecture / Interior Design & Turnkey Contracting
Work Location: Kamothe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years in Interior Fit-Out / Construction Estimation

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for interior turnkey projects.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepare detailed material costing and labor costing.
- Coordinate with procurement team and vendors for quotations.
- Prepare and submit tender documents and commercial proposals.
- Compare vendor quotations and finalize cost-effective pricing.
- Assist in bid preparation, tender submission, and post-bid clarifications.
- Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams during estimation.
- Maintain records of tender documents, BOQs, and cost databases.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.
- Support management with cost analysis and project budgeting.

Technical Knowledge Required





Candidate should have knowledge of works involved in interior turnkey projects, including:

- Civil and interior works
- Carpentry and joinery works
- False ceiling and drywall systems
- Flooring and finishing works
- Electrical works
- HVAC systems
- Fire fighting systems
- Networking and data cabling
- Plumbing and sanitary works

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 4–8 years experience in tendering and estimation for interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Experience preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Good understanding of interior materials and execution methods.
- Strong analytical and costing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management.
