The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. The role demands expertise in managing cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring profitability through optimized resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct project kick-off meetings within three days of confirmation.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints while maximizing project profitability.
- Conduct weekly customer meetings to track project status and expectations.
- Facilitate daily internal team meetings for project updates.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, Zoho, Trello, or Asana for tracking.
- Mitigate risks and resolve project roadblocks proactively.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies within project engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education:



Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in IT project management.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT security frameworks, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT projects.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Zoho, Trello, Asana).
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
