Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our sales team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales with a premium lifestyle and architectural solutions brand. You will receive structured training, work closely with experienced sales professionals, and have a clear growth path toward a Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and digital channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Present and pitch The Earth Kraft product range to retailers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and direct buyers.




- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, including sharing product catalogues.
- Coordinate order processing and customer updates.
- Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the team leader.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
- Own two-wheeler preferred for local client visits.
