Job Summary
The Senior Aligner Consultant is responsible for managing aligner consultations, onboarding and supporting doctors, and driving business growth across assigned accounts. This role acts as a key link between client doctors and internal backend teams while ensuring smooth operations and timely financial collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage aligner consultations using basic orthodontic knowledge. Onboard new doctors and guide them through aligner workflows and processes.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing doctors to support business development.
- Act as the primary coordination point between doctors and backend clinical, planning, and operations teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and smooth execution of aligner cases.



Oversee financial collections and follow-ups for assigned doctor accounts in coordination with the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

- BDS
- Experience in aligners, dental consulting, or account management.
- Working knowledge of aligner therapy.

Key Skills

- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Clinical understanding with a business-focused approach
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
